Neighborhood Councils are an important way to give your local community a voice. By engaging with your Neighborhood Council as a Youth Representative with the Winnetka Neighborhood Council, you can:

• Improve the quality of life in your community.

• Represent your neighborhood at City Hall.

• Monitor the delivery of city services.
